Beydola Estates & Construction was established in 1989 and has successfully traded as a family-run business since this time. There are many constructors and estate agents in Northern Cyprus but the advantage of using Beydola Estates & Construction is that we offer a one-to-one, personal service from start to finish. Once you contract to our Property Management Package, we will
Meet with you at your property for full orientation and inspection
• Compile full inventory
• Monthly property inspections (as above)
• Constant communication with owner to liaise on all/guests visits
• Assistance with visits–airport transfers, car hire, welcome pack, cleaners- Costs met by Landlord/Tenant or Guest.

• Furnishing your property with everything for either your own use or rental needs
• Gardening and Landscaping
• Pool Maintenance
• Interim cleans, pre/post rental full cleans or just a tidy up before your own visit
